Аннотация. Эмпирические исследования ставят под сомнение способность новокейнсианских моделей денежно-кредитной политики обеспечить необходимые ориентиры для ответа на вызовы разворачивающейся технологической революции. Для получения информации о макроэкономических условиях инновационного роста в статье проанализирован опыт предыдущей перестройки экономик Японии, США и Китая на основе микроэлектронных технологий. Выявлено, что макроэкономические параметры, которые в одной фазе технологической революции менялись в одинаковом направлении, в другой фазе способны демонстрировать противоположную динамику, что должно учитываться при выработке государственной политики.
