Аннотация. Статья посвящена анализу формирования и институционализации китайской модели когнитивной безопасности в условиях растущей конкуренции с Западом. На основе анализа открытых источников автор исследует переход от парадигмы “информационных войн” к “когнитивному противоборству”, где ключевой целью становится не контроль над потоками данных, а борьба за “право на интерпретацию” социально-политической реальности и воздействие на механизмы мышления. В качестве главной задачи китайские аналитики видят защиту когнитивной сферы общества от внешних деструктивных воздействий и закрепление образа реальности в соответствии с государственными интересами КНР.
