Аннотация. Статья посвящена анализу связей оборонной промышленности Канады с ВПК США. Автор определяет их взаимодействие как асимметричную интеграцию. Ее главные признаки: доминирующее положение филиалов и дочерних компаний крупнейших военных корпораций США в оборонной промышленности Канады; наличие многочисленных соглашений и меморандумов о взаимопонимании между оборонными ведомствами двух стран; сложившееся разделение труда, в соответствии с которым Канада поставляет в США компоненты и детали, а США в Канаду – законченные системы вооружений; значительные объемы встречной торговли оружием и боеприпасами.
