Аннотация. В статье рассматривается фактор энергетической безопасности в кризисных энергетических отношениях России и Европейского союза на современном этапе. Внимание уделяется концептуально-теоретическим аспектам энергетической безопасности, а также актуальным доктринальным и практическим подходам РФ и ЕС к ее обеспечению. Делается вывод о том, что в основе текущего глубокого кризиса в энергетических отношениях России и Евросоюза лежат как сугубо политические противоречия сторон, так и их принципиальные озабоченности в области энергобезопасности. Автор заключает, что восстановление разрушенных энергетических связей РФ и ЕС требует не только политического “примирения” сторон, но и устранения субстанциональных рисков в сфере энергетической безопасности, которые Москва и Брюссель ассоциируют друг с другом.
