Аннотация. Подводя итоги реактивного этапа “политической войны” США против России, автор констатирует, что с помощью реформирования системы публичной дипломатии и выстраивания с союзниками системы альянсов коллективной обороны от зарубежного информационного воздействия Соединенные Штаты закладывают фундамент для перехода от оборонительной тактики к наступательной. В статье исследуется влияние смены президентской администрации в 2024 г. на информационно-идейное противостояние двух стран. При заметном смягчении публичной политической риторики американского руководства в адрес РФ и попытках сократить государственные расходы на институты публичной дипломатии и внутренней цензуры, играющие важную роль в ведении “политической войны”, стратегическое мышление истеблишмента, отраженное в аналитике провластных мозговых центров и разведсообщества, позволяет говорить о сохранении тенденций, послуживших первопричиной конфликта, который с высокой степенью вероятности продолжится.
