Аннотация. Предложен теоретико-методологический инструментарий для классификации стран по степени экспортно-инвестиционной активности. Разработка и эмпирическая апробация индекса ПИИ позволяют выявлять “центровой”, “полупериферийный” или “периферийный” статус того или иного государства на основе объективных пороговых значений, а в результате – точнее прогнозировать его долгосрочное поведение.
