Аннотация. Дана характеристика долго- и краткосрочных трендов мировой робототехники и происходящих изменений в объемах ее производства и экспорта. Рассчитаны оценки структурных сдвигов по странам-производителям и отраслям-потребителям роботов, включая 2023 г. Особое внимание уделено Китаю. Сделан вывод, что робототехника, несмотря на относительно высокие в сравнении с мировым ВВП темпы роста, по степени воздействия на воспроизводственные процессы и социум не обладает качествами и характеристиками прорывной технологии и не имеет потенциала стать драйвером мировой экономики.
