Аннотация. Статья затрагивает тему расширяющегося военно-стратегического сотрудничества между Румынией и Соединенными Штатами, а также его воздействие на постсоветское пространство. Начиная с 2022 г. США проявляли повышенный интерес к Придунайскому театру. Вашингтон разместил на территории Румынии достаточно крупный контингент сухопутных войск. Партнерство с американцами позволило румынскому правительству, имеющему перед глазами положительный польский пример, начать процесс вывода национальных вооруженных сил из многолетней технологической стагнации.
