Аннотация. Анализируется опыт стран ЕС в области поддержания социального диалога в период пандемии коронавирусной инфекции. Изучаются стратегии социального диалога, определяются их специфические черты, выявляются риски в рамках их реализации. Исследуются приоритеты социального диалога в условиях пандемии, направленные на обеспечение базовых прав работников в различных секторах экономики и социальной сферы. Устанавливается вклад социальных партнеров в обучение и профессиональную переподготовку рабочей силы на этапе пандемии. Показан механизм адаптации к меняющемуся рынку труда, использующий перевод работников на удаленную работу.
