Аннотация. Повсеместная цифровизация вызвала к жизни цифровые экосистемы (ЦЭС) – мощные виртуальные субъекты экономической жизни. Наряду с несомненными плюсами ЦЭС создают новые угрозы для экономической безопасности национального государства. В статье рассматриваются основные последствия бесконтрольной активности ЦЭС с точки зрения экономических рисков для государства и бизнеса.
