Аннотация. Показана низкая эффективность взаимодействия стран в рамках существующих институтов глобального управления в части поддержки ключевых международных финансовых инициатив. Обобщены подходы к формированию новых международных финансовых механизмов с использованием цифровых технологий. Сделан вывод о приоритетности развития отечественной экономики в условиях усиления международной изоляции России.
