Аннотация. Статья посвящена обсуждению международного регулирования смертоносных автономных систем вооружения в рамках трансатлантического диалога. Представлен теоретический обзор отечественных и иностранных публикаций, объясняющих этические, юридические факторы, определяющие актуальность международного регулирования таких систем, раскрыты позиции США, ЕС и НАТО. Проанализированы американский и европейский подходы к регулированию этих вооружений. Ключевой платформой, на базе которой происходит выработка международных норм регулирования смертоносных автономных систем, является Организация Объединенных Наций. В заключении представлены основные возможные направления их регулирования.
