Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются военная политика и оборонные приоритеты США и их союзников, таких как Япония, Южная Корея и Тайвань, в Северо-Восточной Азии, подчеркивается переход этих стран к более активной военной политике, включая закупку передовых вооружений. Исследуются укрепление трехстороннего сотрудничества между США, Японией и Южной Кореей, а также роль военно-морской мощи в регионе в целом. Рассматриваются вызовы, стоящие перед Тихоокеанским флотом России, особенности его модернизации. Анализируются последствия усиления военного присутствия США в регионе, развертывания систем ПРО и проведения военных учений с союзниками.
