Аннотация. В статье исследуется состояние системы американского здравоохранения после пандемии COVID‑19. Автор анализирует, как состояние американской экономики в 2023 г., сворачивание непрерывного доступа к медицинскому обслуживанию за счет государственной программы Medicaid, отмена чрезвычайного положения в области здравоохранения и резкое повышение доли пожилых в населении США повлияют на формирование отрасли. Выявлены основные тенденции трансформации системы здравоохранения США в ближайшие годы. Рассмотрены ключевые положения реформ демократической администрации Дж. Байдена в области здравоохранения в 2022 г.
