Формирование концепции “китайской угрозы” в экспертно-политическом дискурсе США

Аннотация. Путь к открытому и зафиксированному в американских стратегических документах противостоянию США и КНР прошли очень быстро. Еще в Стратегии национальной безопасности 2015 г. администрация Б. Обамы приветствовала рост стабильного и процветающего Китая, несмотря на обострение торговых противоречий. Но разочарование уже нарастало, согласия среди американских политиков относительно страны, называемой партнером, не было, а экспертное сообщество Соединенных Штатов все чаще писало о китайской угрозе. В статье проанализирован этот путь – от декларируемого партнерства к нескрываемому противостоянию с точки зрения формирования и официального закрепления концепций и формулировок, описывающих двусторонние отношения. Рассмотрено, как идея противостояния развивалась в экспертном сообществе, обсуждалась в комитетах Сената и закреплялась в стратегиях национальной безопасности последних трех администраций.
