Аннотация. “Политическая война” – это масштабное противостояние великих держав преимущественно в информационно-идейном поле. Рассматривая конфликт России и США последних лет с этого ракурса, автор анализирует структурные, практические и теоретические изменения, произошедшие в американской системе публичной дипломатии в 2022–2023 гг., и делает вывод о том, что Вашингтон выбрал оборонительную тактику не столько из-за неспособности перейти к наступлению, сколько исходя из опыта противостояния с СССР.
