Аннотация. Поставки американского оружия Украине ведут к обострению напряженности между Россией и США. Неконтролируемое использование оборонной продукции украинцами грозит не только свертыванием прежних договоренностей, но и высоким риском столкновения ведущих мировых ядерных держав. Конгресс США мог бы потребовать усиленной отчетности за использованием оружия, однако в условиях поляризации политикам, скорее всего, не удастся этого сделать.
