Аннотация. В статье рассмотрен современный геополитической поворот Европейского союза, проявляющийся в распространении в официальном дискурсе ЕС двух концепций: стратегического суверенитета и стратегической автономии. Демонстрируется, что данный процесс означает не отход Брюсселя от неолиберального универсализма в пользу прагматизма, а лишь небольшую эволюцию традиционной для Евросоюза связи нормативного и материального. Особое внимание уделено трансформации места России на символической карте мира ЕС.
