Аннотация. После прихода к власти в Турции Партии справедливости и развития (ПСР) степень ее вовлеченности в международную гуманитарную деятельность достигла невиданных прежде масштабов. Под влиянием целого ряда факторов гуманитаризм стал одной из основ внешнеполитического курса Анкары. В официальном нарративе турецкая гуманитарная политика последних десятилетий описывается как история успеха, однако, несмотря на ряд достижений, эта политика сталкивается с целым рядом как внутренних, так и внешних вызовов и ограничений.
