Аннотация. Целью статьи является оценка влияния государственных расходов на образование на динамику индекса человеческого развития (ИЧР). Анализ проводится на уровне трех групп стран – развитых, развивающихся и наименее развитых. По итогам исследования была доказана наибольшая эффективность государственных расходов на образование для группы развивающихся стран, особенно стран со средним уровнем дохода и относительно более высокими темпами экономического роста. При этом значимого влияния стимулирующей бюджетной политики на ИЧР в группах развитых и наименее развитых стран не выявлено.
