Аннотация. Исследованы теория и практика организации преференциальных торговых соглашений (ПТС) между странами. Роль традиционных детерминант при создании таких соглашений снижается, более значимой становится лоббистская деятельность экспортеров – транснациональных компаний, ведущая к усилению неравномерности выгод, получаемых участниками. Фокус международной политической экономии ПТС сдвигается от традиционных торговых барьеров к исследованию условий трансграничных инвестиций, правил защиты интеллектуальной собственности, вопросов охраны окружающей среды, производственных стандартов.
