Аннотация. Отслежено формирование “второго поколения” финансовых ресурсов ЕС и их увеличение до 2.5 раза за последнее десятилетие. Показаны существенные выгоды наднационального финансового регулирования как для догоняющих, так и для ведущих государств-членов, повышающие интерес стран к членству в ЕС.
