Аннотация. К 2021 г. определились ключевые факторы, которые скажутся на характере отношений Евросоюза и Китая в среднесрочной перспективе. Коронакризис ускорил многие идущие в мире процессы, выявил “слабые места” в национальных и региональных экономиках и системах безопасности, а также обнажил истинные намерения международных акторов. Авторы исходят из рабочей гипотезы, что во взаимодействии двух акторов в постковидный период будет доминировать идеологизированный жесткий подход с элементами прагматизма. Баланс в формуле “партнер, конкурент, соперник” в существенной мере будет зависеть от позиции США, а также соблюдения ЕС “блоковой дисциплины”. На первый план выйдет конкуренция в сфере технологий, но и обострится борьба за политическое и идеологическое лидерство в меняющемся мироустройстве.
