Аннотация. Обозначены болевые точки рынка труда в странах ОЭСР, возникшие вследствие COVID 19, проанализированы меры государственной политики в области занятости и доходов в целях смягчения последствий пандемии. Выделены общие и специфические черты этой политики в зависимости от особенностей национальных рынков труда, рассмотрены различные подходы к организации дистанционной работы.
