Аннотация. Глубокий экономический кризис, поразивший сегодня практически все страны мира, вынуждает искать новые методы макроэкономической стабилизации, поскольку сложившиеся за последние годы низкие процентные ставки и высокий уровень государственного долга создают серьезные ограничения для использования традиционных методов регулирования. В статье проанализированы выдвигаемые в экономической литературе предложения о пересмотре принципов стабилизационной политики в развитых странах: изменение практики инфляционного таргетирования, использование отрицательных процентных ставок, создание полуавтоматических бюджетных стабилизаторов, разработка нетрадиционной бюджетной политики.
