Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются новые концепции, которые были представлены на XIX съезде КПК. Заявление о вступлении Китая в “новую эпоху” и появление новой формулировки главного противоречия китайского общества сопровождались отказом от ориентации на количественные показатели роста в контексте перехода китайской экономики к высококачественному развитию. На съезде были обозначены долгосрочные планы до 2035 г. и до середины столетия. Многочисленные идеи и лозунги, которые выдвинул Си Цзиньпин за минувшие пять лет, вошли в новую редакцию Устава КПК. На фоне усиления централизации и персонификации партийной власти остался нерешенным вопрос о преемниках нынешних руководителей, что создало элемент неопределенности в китайской политике.
