Аннотация. Анализируются концептуальные основы китайской помощи внешнему миру, ее основные цели и особенности. Показано, что используемые КНР подходы к ее оказанию принципиально отличаются от западных как на уровне политических деклараций, так и практики. Выделены основные формы и направления китайской помощи странам Центральной Азии, проведена оценка ее эффективности.
