Аннотация. В развитых странах на протяжении 2000–2015 гг. наблюдалось снижение экономической активности молодежи, которое было связано не только с циклическим кризисом, но и с увеличением доли молодых людей, продолжающих свое обучение. Новый статистический показатель – NEET (Young People Not in Employment, Education or Training), отражающий долю тех, кто не работает и не учится, – призван более точно выделять экономически уязвимые группы молодежи, испытывающие сложности с трудоустройством. В работе рассматривается динамика и межстрановые различия в показателях экономической неактивности отдельных возрастных когорт молодежи, при этом особое внимание уделяется сравнению структуры и численности группы NEET в странах ОЭСР и России.
