Аннотация. В характере глобального функционирования мировой обрабатывающей промышленности наблюдаются глубокие изменения. В таких странах, как США, Германия, Франция и Великобритания выдвинута стратегия решоринга, или возвращения выведенного ранее за рубеж производства. Она отражает насущную потребность ведущих держав мира в реиндустриализации и восстановлении своей ранее утраченной промышленной базы. Появились технологии и бизнес-модели, обеспечивающие возможность отказа от аутсорсинга и выноса производства за рубеж. Компании стали в большей степени учитывать такие факторы конкурентных преимуществ, как эффективный контроль качества, защита интеллектуальной собственности, более короткие и адаптивные цепочки поставок.
