Рассматривается современное положение Китая в мировой финансовой системе. Проанализированы основные факторы, определяющие место КНР в международных потоках капитала, ее позиции как дебитора и кредитора, выход китайских банков на трансграничный уровень, развитие рынка ценных бумаг и международных инвестиционных фондов. Значительное внимание уделяется стратегии китайских корпораций и банков в продвижении своих капиталов за границу. Дается оценка возможностей Китая в дальнейшем обрести приоритетную роль на мировых финансовых рынках.
