Analysis of threats in informational sector of current international relationships system is presented in the publication. These threats are expressed in application of different information influence methods and new concepts of opposition with usage of informational and tele-communicational tools. Examples of informational and psychological opposition and their political consequences in periods of Georgian-Ossetic conflict in 2008 and Ukrainian crisis in 2013–2015 as well as cyber action methods on critically important infrastructures in conflict regions of the world are investigated in the study. Domestic activity of Russia on ensuring information security in XXI century and role of Russian Federation in international structures of multilateral interaction in fight against new threats of information security along with priority directions, content and form of this interaction are analyzed. Wide range of scientific methods was used during analysis of information security threats in crises and conflicts of XXI century. Publication is recommended for representatives of Russian political and expert community, university instructors, undergraduate and graduate students, media and wide range of readers interest in international politics and security problems.
