Современные западные исследования новой фазы кризиса мирового порядка

Аннотация. В статье рассматривается видение нынешней фазы кризиса мирового порядка западными исследователями. Выявлены их наиболее характерные оценки причин возникших проблем. На этой основе осуществлена классификация факторов, вызвавших кризис, исходя из природы их возникновения и степени влияния на состояние порядка. Установлено, что предлагаемые учеными меры по выводу его из кризиса направлены преимущественно на отражение внешних угроз порядку, слабо затрагивают системные проблемы. Определены вероятные сценарии трансформации мирового порядка.
