Эволюция фирмы в условиях цифровой экономики

Аннотация. ХХI век принес большое число новых факторов, которые оказывают воздействие на современную фирму, ее менеджмент, организационную структуру и ее деятельность. В статье представлен концептуальный подход для понимания поведения фирмы в условиях цифровой экономики, анализируются новые характеристики фирмы, возникающие в условиях цифровизации. Как меняется фирма в новой цифровой реальности? С какими угрозами и ограничениями сталкивается компания в “умном” обществе? Что эти вызовы означают для менеджмента? Меняется ли конкуренция под воздействием разнообразных факторов цифровой эпохи?
