EU Sanctions: First Results

Abstract. The introduction of nine packages of sanctions against Russia by the European Union in 2022 formed new economic conditions for the integration association. Exacerbation of pre-existing problems in conjunction with new challenges led to a slowdown in economic growth. Inflation became the most pressing issues, the transformation of the EU external economic sector began, within the framework of the integration association significant socioeconomic differentiation is observed at the country level.
