Abstract. The advent of Mario Draghi technocratic government gave rise to structural reforms carried out with the financial support of the restoration program «New Generation EU». Economic and social transformations create the basis for a deep modernization of the country. The Italian economy is coming out of the crisis ahead of earlier forecasts. The political sphere is also going through changes.
