Abstract. The thirteenth presidential election has become one of the most important events of the year for the country. The expected victory in them was won by Seyed Ibrahim Raisi, a pre-prepared systemic candidate. This made it possible to concentrate the main levers of control in the hands of representatives of the conservative ideological and political camp, ensuring the return of the Iranian political system to the conservative vector of development and the revision of foreign policy in a number of key areas.
