Abstract. Korean crisis initiated by activization of North Korea’s claims to the possessing of nuclear weapons strongly influence on political and economic trends in Northeast Asia (NEA) as well as on interaction of regional powers.There are new trends in foreign policy of two Korean states and in other countries involved in Korean settlement. The situation becomes worse because of diplomatic conflict between Japan and the Republic of Korea. Regional powers needs new strategy to find out adequate diplomacy to new challenges.
