The year 2023 was seriously influenced by the conflicts around Ukraine and on the Middle East. They have a significant impact on world politics, in which the role of the power factor is becoming increasingly significant, and militarization is gradually turning into a dominant trend and gaining long-term inertia. At the same time, the Ukrainian crisis has become part of the process of change of the world politics, within which even the contours of the new world order of the XXI century are not yet visible.
