Abstract. Investment activity of enterprises in terms of purchase of equipment and in terms of overall volumes of capital investments remained in 2015 (and in first half of 2016) rather low. In the ranking of the investments’ limiting factors "lack of financial resources" and "high prices for equipment and construction" continue to be paramount limiters. Enterprises suppose that own funds and bank loan are main sources of funding for capital investments. At the same time most of the companies are not trying to get a bank loan to finance capital investments.
