Regional nuclear mission threats: mechanisms of containment

Abstract

The article analyses a number of reсent publications on missile proliferation. The author provides a thorough overview of broad discussion in U.S. expert community on these issues. The article critically analyzes works by prominent American analysts who describe and define the influence of missile proliferation on the new world power balance.
