This issue is opened by the article of the researchers from Far East Federal University devoted to the modern status of the system of American alliances (San Francisco order). 

Within the economic block one will find the analysis of the effects of national economies’ integration into the global value-added chains. Also, the issues of tax expenditures’ administration as an instrument of governmental policies in the OECD countries are dealt. Besides, in this issue the journal opens a new rubric “Horizons of global energy” and invites the authors to contribute the paper on respective topics.
