In the issue No. 9, the regional aspects of globalization will be examined.  

What risks and challenges do they bear for Russia? The impact of the Ukrainian crisis on the European countries' policy toward Russia will be analyzed. Risks and challenges in the biosecurity field under current conditions are addressed. The way the educational background of the political elite may influence Russia's relations with neighbours (as in the case of Russia-Georgia relations) is considered.
