Abstract. The article presents review of the famous American financier Warren Buffett’s biography, written due to his wish by close college Alice Schroeder. In reviewed book one can find the ambitions to analyze Warren Buffett coming-to-be a businessman, to single out his individual features, which helped him to get success, to demonstrate his behavior in concrete situations. Biography contains broad social and historical background of life in USA, full of interesting details and covered nearly one hundred period from first decades of XX century to present. On the whole one can certify scientific and cognitive sense of Warren Buffett’s biography, performed by Alice Schroeder.
