Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the European budget policy. Special attention is given to the supranational level of its functioning. Simultaneous development of integration processes and Common budget policy, the increase of its role in economic policy of the EU integration are reviewed. The features of shaping both budget revenues and expenditures are tracked. The role of Common budget policy during the 2008–2009 crisis is analyzed.
