Abstract

Barack Obama's victory as a key impact on the domestic and foreign policy paradigms of the United States. From the first one these elections result is not the victory of Obama but the defeat of Mitt Romney and the Republican Party as a whole. If the party fails to do it’s homework and does not modify its platform, it risks to become a political mammoth. On the foreign policy sphere, the U.S. are going solve their core problems in the concept of multipolar world. Russian-American relations has the key role here.
