Abstract

The authors claim that modern terror movements are characterized by changed ideological and organizational foundations. The principal point relates to the ability of terrorists to produce a systemic crisis in any nation. The article mostly deals with finding out the sources and features of financial support of terror in the North Caucasus region of Russia.
