Abstract. The advanced political integration of countries, which do not have enough economic background for it, will not spur the integration at the companies' level so much, as hinder a transition to more progressive forms of participation in the international labor division. On the contrary, inclusion in global structures is a promoting factor of their economies growth and diversification, which in addition will contribute to their mutual integration capacity building.
