Abstract. In most developed countries it was realized long ago that it is easier to prevent deseases than to cure them. Among numerous factors determining human health, the first place belongs to the healthy lifestyle. Having analyzed factors determining a lifestyle, which can be the objects of control activity, the authors came to a conclusion that the results of healthy lifestyle modelling at a macro-level basically proved the interconnections already investigated at a micro-level, but also allowed to educe some new.
