Abstract

International development trends of the space activities institutional environment are considered. The growing cross-sectoral and international cooperation is mentioned. It is also noted that the institutional environment evolution is determined by increase in number of participants and consumers of space activities as well as by establishment of new cooperation rules addressing general requirements of the globalizing economy. The comparative analysis of relevant institutional paths provides a better guidance for a national institutional design in the space activities field.
