Abstract

This article is dedicated to the first year results of B. Obama's administration in power. Analyzing domestics and foreign policy of the USA, precautions taken against global crisis, the author tries to find an answer to the question – what are the reasons of the Americans disappointment in Obama and of his popularity decline?
